Deadline extension: If you need to place orders after the DreambooksPro end date (22 November) you can place orders from the following day until 29 November by paying the urgency fee so that they can be considered for shipping for Christmas.
Note: The rush fee is used to ensure that your orders make it to the deadline and does not represent a reduction in production time during this period.

Urgency fee: Apart from the condition described above, the DreambooksPro urgency fee will be inactive on 18 November and will become available after production deadlines are normalised on 17 January.

Payment for orders: Your orders must be placed and paid for by the above dates in order to be valid for dispatch before Christmas. We suggest that you favour automatic payments, namely Multibanco, Paypal or VISA. All payments made by bank transfer are only considered valid once proof has been sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., which must be sent by the stipulated dates. Orders will only go into production once payment has been confirmed.

Variable Production Deadlines: The usual production deadlines for orders placed from 18 November onwards may not be met, but will be guaranteed again for orders placed from 17 January 2025 onwards.

Repairs: Product repairs, requested by customers and subject to evaluation, will not be carried out between 21 November and 17 January 2025.

Showcase and Starter Kits: No showcase orders will be produced from 18 November to 17 January 2025.

Bundling orders: From 18 November until 17 January 2025 it will not be possible to bundle orders.

Orders placed after the stipulated dates will not be guaranteed to be dispatched before Christmas Day.
