ORDER DEADLINES

Extension of deadlines: If you need to place orders after the DreambooksPro cut-off date (22nd November), you may do so from the following day until 28th November by paying the corresponding express fee, ensuring that your order is still considered for Christmas dispatch.
Note: The express fee is applied to guarantee that your orders are included within the final deadlines. It does not represent a reduction in production time during this period. Note:

Express Fee: Apart from the condition described above, the DreambooksPro and OnelabPro express fee will be inactive on 17th November and will only be available again for the normalisation of production deadlines as of 16th January.

Order Payments: Your orders must be placed and paid by the aforementioned dates in order to be valid for dispatch before Christmas. We strongly recommend using automatic payment methods such as Bank Transfer, PayPal, or VISA credit card.. All payments made by bank transfer will only be considered valid upon submission of the receipt to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and must be sent within the stipulated deadlines. Orders will only enter production after payment has been confirmed.

Variable Production Deadlines: For DreambooksPro, the usual production deadlines for orders placed from 17th November onwards may not be met. For OnelabPro orders, the standard deadlines will be maintained until 27th November, after this date, we will no longer guarantee the usual delivery times. Deadlines will once again be assured for orders placed from 16th January 2026.

Repairs: Product repairs requested by clients will not be carried out between 22th November and 16th January 2026.

Order Grouping: Due to the high volume of orders and limited storage capacity, order grouping will not be possible from 18th November to 16th January 2026..

Sample Orders: Sample orders will be accepted during this period and will follow the regulated deadlines for the Christmas season.

Important: After 22nd November, please place your OnelabPro orders separately from DreambooksPro products to ensure dispatch before Christmas. Otherwise, they will only be shipped after this date.

Reminder: We kindly remind you of the importance of placing your orders in advance and in line with the stipulated deadlines, as dispatch before Christmas Day cannot be guaranteed for any orders placed after these dates.
